Use your Profile to review account access, credits, storage, and email preferences. Open the account menu at the bottom-left of the workspace and select Profile.
A new account without an access plan is directed to Plans before entering the workspace. Choose Starter access, where offered, or complete the selected paid-plan checkout. An eligible invitation may already provide complimentary access.
Starter access is a one-time allocation of eligible credits. A paid subscription provides the access and allowances shown for its plan. Complimentary access can have an end date; check the account status in your profile.
For current prices, included allowances, and available purchase actions, open Plans in the app. The live pricing page is the reference for those details.
Check the balance, plan status and Storage Usage shown in your profile before starting a large import or analysis. Storage changes can take a few minutes to appear.
If spendable credits are exhausted, new resource-consuming work may be blocked while you can still open the workspace and manage existing data. Use the account's available plan or purchase actions to restore capacity.
If storage is full, review datasets and exports you no longer need or choose an available plan change. Deleting source data can also affect shared access, so review what you are deleting.
An ended paid or complimentary plan can change which credits, features and storage limits are available. Follow the current account status and balance displayed in the app rather than assuming that an old allowance is still usable.
Paid plans receive included credits on a monthly credit cycle, including when the subscription is paid annually. Credit expiry and rollover depend on the applicable plan or grant; review the dates and details shown in your account.
Credit packs, where your account is eligible to buy them, add credits. They do not renew or upgrade the subscription or increase storage by themselves. Purchased credits do not expire under the current policy.
From your profile, use View billing or Choose a plan, depending on your account status. Use the available billing actions to review payment details, manage a subscription, or resolve a failed payment.
A checkout that has not completed payment does not activate a paid plan. If renewal is canceled, the profile shows the plan end date; the existing paid access continues until that date. Review confirmation messages and the updated account status after any billing action.
For a payment or account problem, use Support Request in the workspace or contact support. Include the operation, approximate time, and any error message; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
In Profile → Email Preferences, use Product updates and Newsletter to manage those subscriptions. Review the app's confirmation after changing a preference. These choices do not replace essential account or service notifications.
Temporary datasets expire after seven days. Make a needed intermediate result permanent before it expires. See Keeping Temporary Results for the action and its requirements.
