How to Access Your GriidAi Account
Welcome to the GriidAi Help Center! This section is designed to help you navigate the account access process. Whether you are logging into an existing workspace to continue your spatial engineering, registering for a new account, or recovering a lost password, the detailed instructions below will guide you through each step.
Logging In with Your Email and Password
If you have already received an invitation to GriidAi and successfully set up your account using a standard email and custom password, follow these steps to securely access your workspace:
- Navigate to the Login Portal: Open your web browser and go to the GriidAi login page. You will see a 'Welcome Back' message indicating you are in the right place.
- Ensure 'Login' is Selected: At the top of the central login box, make sure the Login tab is actively highlighted. This ensures you are not accidentally on the registration form.
- Enter Your Email: Click into the Email Address field and type the exact email address you used during your initial registration (e.g., name@company.com).
- Enter Your Password: Click into the Password field below and type your secure password.
- Sign In: Once both fields are filled out, click the solid Sign In button at the bottom. If your credentials are correct, you will be immediately redirected to your project dashboard.
Logging In with Google (SSO)
For users who prefer a faster, password-free experience, GriidAi supports Google Single Sign-On (SSO). This allows you to securely authenticate using your existing Google Workspace or personal Google account.
- Locate the SSO Option: On the main login page, look just below the standard 'Sign In' button. You will find a secondary button labeled Sign in with Google, featuring the recognizable Google icon.
- Initiate the Login: Click the Sign in with Google button. You will be briefly and securely redirected to Google's official authorization page.
- Select Your Google Account: If you have multiple Google accounts logged in on your browser, a popup will ask you to choose one.
- Automatic Redirection: Once you select your account, Google will verify your identity and automatically send you back to GriidAi, directly loading your workspace.
Registering for a New Account
If your team has invited you to collaborate on GriidAi but you have not yet created your user profile, you must complete the registration process first:
- Switch to the Register Tab: On the login page, locate the tabs at the top of the central box and click the Register tab. The form will update to reflect the account creation process.
- Input Your Credentials: Provide your professional email address and create a strong, secure password that you will remember.
- Submit Registration: Click the button to submit your new account details.
- Verify Your Email: Depending on your organization's settings, you may receive an automated email from GriidAi asking you to verify your address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and click the verification link to finalize your setup.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
If you cannot remember your custom password, there is no need to worry. You can easily and securely request a password reset link to regain access:
- Find the Reset Link: On the standard Login tab, look closely at the Password entry field. Just to the right of the field's label, you will see a small link that says Forgot?.
- Initiate the Reset: Click the Forgot? link. You will be taken to a new screen prompting you for your email address.
- Request the Link: Enter the email address associated with your GriidAi account and submit the request.
- Check Your Inbox: An automated email containing a secure, temporary reset link will be sent to you. Click the link in that email to choose a new password and log back into the platform.
GriidAi is currently operating as an exclusive platform, and new accounts require an invitation to join. If you arrived at the login portal but do not have an invite:
- Locate the Waitlist Link: Look at the very bottom of the login panel, below the sign-in buttons. You will see a prompt asking: 'No invite yet? Request access'.
- Join the Waitlist: Click the Request access link. You will be securely redirected to the main GriidAi informational website. From there, you can fill out the contact form to request an invitation for yourself or your organization.
